In the event that a package is returned to us due to a repeated address error, we will, for the first time, charge shipping costs. These costs will correspond to the official transport rates of the shipping provider. Our goal with this policy is to strike a balance between being accommodating and maintaining responsibility, considering both your needs and the efficiency of our service.

Handling of Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and as expected. Despite our best efforts, we understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can occur during shipping. Here's how we handle these situations:

Lost Items: If your order has not arrived and it has been more than 35 days since your order was placed, please contact us at support@doggywagging.com. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate steps to resolve it, which may include resending the order or issuing a refund.

Stolen Items:
 In the unfortunate event that your package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, we ask that you wait for 5 business days to account for any possible delivery errors. If the package still hasn't arrived, please contact us with a police report. We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution, such as resending the order or issuing a refund.

Damaged Items: If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@doggywagging.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note, while we strive to resolve all issues in favor of our customers, cases will be evaluated on an individual basis to determine the best course of action.

Returned Packages

Here's how we handle refunds for packages returned due to customs issues or non-collection:

Customs Issues:
 If your package is returned to us due to customs clearance issues, we will refund you the cost of the products. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable as these are paid for the services rendered by the shipping carriers. We encourage our customers to be aware of their local customs regulations to avoid such situations.

Non-Collection: In cases where a package is returned due to non-collection by the customer, we will issue a refund for the products. However, similar to customs issues, shipping charges are non-refundable. We kindly remind our customers to track their packages and ensure timely collection to prevent such occurrences.
